Introducing new COO, Chris Dale Steps into Chief Hacking Officer

We are happy to introduce Christian Engen as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) at River Security. Christian steps into this pivotal role, succeeding one of our founders, Chris Dale. With his entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise, Christian is eager to further River Security’s mission of staying ahead of cyber threats and delivering top-tier protection to our clients.

Christian Engen is an experienced business developer and tech enthusiast with over 9 years of experience in entrepreneurial environments. He has held key positions, including Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Volte and Business Developer at Hafslund, Fortum, and 24Nettbutikk. His track record in business development, operational efficiency, and product management is impressive, having driven significant growth and customer satisfaction in each of his roles. 

With an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Auditing from BI Norwegian Business School, and Sales Leadership and Marketing from Høyskolen Kristiania, Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic vision to our team. His passion for innovation and commitment to excellence will undoubtedly propel River Security to new heights.

Chris Dale steps into Chief Hacking Officer position 

We are excited to announce a significant shift within our leadership team at River Security. Chris Dale, one of our founders, will be taking on the new role of Chief Hacking Officer (CHO). If any company would benefit from such a role, it’s undoubtedly River Security. Chris has been instrumental since the inception of River Security, managing multiple roles and responsibilities. By transitioning the COO role to Christian Engen, Chris will now be able to dedicate his expertise and focus even more on building the Active Focus technology stack and carving the path for new innovations at River Security.
