Jan Petter will join the team as a Technical Account Manager & Security Analyst. This effectively bridges the gap between our Active Focus customers and our specialists.

During his 4 years at his latest employer Atea, he had amongst others, the position as Team Manager, with the following responsibility for some of the largest customers:

  • On-boarding / Transition
  • Product Specialist
  • Customer Operations
  • SLA Management

Jan Petter also has several achievements:

  • ITIL Foundation 4 certified
  • ATEA Employee of the year 2018
